Willamette International is an evangelical, Christian not-for-profit organization that provides leadership training, discipleship and humanitarian assistance to communities in Sierra Leone, West Africa. It is our intent that God will be glorified as our team members share His love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Peter Sheriff is the Country Director for Willamette International, assisting in the various ministries that WI is involved in. He and his wife Emily have four children.

Michael Burch is the mechanic and groundskeeper for Willamette International. Nicole, his wife, works with Grace Village as the communications coordinator.

Haylee Ils is the Education Coordinator for Grace International Academy. She is assisting the teachers and administration of the school, located at Grace Village.

Janelle Lonbeck is the Housing Coordinator for SIL Cameroon in Cameroon, Central Africa. She supports Bible Translation and language development.

Kim Busby is with us on a part time basis to oversee finance and business management in Sierra Leone.

Willamette International is a 501-3c in the States and is also a registered non-government organization in Sierra Leone. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Willamette Medical Teams has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. WMT will attempt to honor gifts preferenced to support particular missionaries, but the final decision on the use of all funds rests with the ministry.
